Shipping Policy
We are trying our best to provide our customers with superior service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order.
Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. We guarantee the most orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days on receipt of your order. Sometime it may by affected by the item's stock status of merchandise and we will inform you in time for you to decide whether to change another item or refund money to you.
Generally speaking, the fastest delivery to the customer takes about 5 days and the slowest about 14 days. We do not accept responsibility for delay or lost in transits. We only post items to the addresses provided.
- Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping time, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. - Orders with personalized items may take additional 2-5 business days to produce and process.
- Orders will be shipped soon but may be delayed during the weekends and busy season.
- If an item in your order does become out of stock and unavailable, you will be contacted within 2 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional available items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days and we will arrange the refund on Friday and Saturday of every week.
- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional 2 business days.
- Tracking:After we ship the package, customer will receive an confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Additional charges may apply to special warehouse and residential circumstances, including remote locations not readily accessible
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery
- Items shipped via Basic Freight Delivery are boxed and arrive at your door
- Our carrier will call 1–2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery.
NOTES OF TAXES:
We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. If you used a coupon on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).
